How do your sessions work?
Sessions are held one-to-one, either online via Zoom/Teams or in person where possible. Each session lasts an hour, and we’ll focus on your specific goals, challenges, and next steps.
Is this career counselling or life coaching?
It’s a blend. We address the practical realities of your work life (CVs, interviews, strategy) alongside deeper personal reflection to help you align your decisions with your values and strengths.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your needs. Some people find 3–4 sessions enough to get back on track, while others choose ongoing support over several months.
What if I don’t know exactly what I want yet?
That’s completely fine — in fact, it’s common. Part of my role is to help you explore your options and uncover new possibilities you may not have considered.
